At the core of NY Clean Comfort is the belief that cooperation, both from within and from outside of our organization, makes for the best outcome and value to our work.

Cooperation amongst owner members, and between clients and those members, produces a project that has the greatest degree of personal investment and value to the owner of the system built. We offer clients to participate in their project to save money, understand their new clean energy system, and even try out for the team. 

We are a local worker owned HVAC, Solar/Storage, and Electrical contractor that primarily sources materials and services from other worker owned businesses. Local ownership of business is great.  Even greater when the workers own the local business. 

The value of our product is more than the systems we design and build, the savings that they deliver, and the fossil fuels they help keep in the ground. The value is also in opening work to the local economy and providing opportunities to learn, earn, and own something to invest in. Worker owners have pride in the business and a stake in the success of each project. A dividend, and not just a wage, is the way to make sure that the best work is being done by all, and to help build a revolution in the way energy is sourced and used, and how businesses are owned and opperated .
